LEICESTER CITY FC TRAINING GROUND
One of the Compass partners managed the Building Services for Mclaren on Leicester City Football Clubs new £100m training facility. One of the best in Europe, the facility is spread over 185 acres and comprises of a 5* hotel, an indoor pitch, a show pitch with stand, a sports turf academy, 11 full size pitches and a golf course.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FOOTBALL CLUB STADIUM
The Compass MEP team worked with Mace to deliver the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. This complex, high tech stadium was delivered in under 3 years and proved to be a very challenging project, but with an excellent outcome. Arguably one of the greatest stadiums in the world, the first to have a fully retractable pitch and the longest bar in europe. It went on to claim many accolades including Project of the Year 2019.

Data Centres NDA
One of the Compass MEP Partners managed the MEP pre-construction for 2no 20MW new build data centres in England. Wokring for the General Contractor who was a main contractor, procuring the MEP subcontractors, managing their design and procurement to start on site.

Woolgate Exchange
Woolgate exchange is a £140m office refurbishment and extension in central London.
One of the Compass MEP team were employed by Mace, initially to help bid and secure the project from an MEP perspective and then to lead the MEP pre-construction activities, which included design management, package procurement, value engineering and establishing the commissioning process.

St Williams Kings Road
One of our partners worked for Imtech to successfully deliver this complex Project. The Emirates stadium is an impressive spectacle and to this day remains a benchmark for many other Football Clubs and their stadium ambitions.

LONDON 2012 STADIUM
The transformation of the London 2012 Olympic Stadium into the multi-purpose London Stadium, which is predominantley occupied by West Ham Football Club as their home ground. Some of the major changes included constructing a roof, adding a concourse with concessions and adding removable seating over the running track.
MEP Value £23m. Our Partners undertook key roles for Imtech on for the Building Services package.

LONDON OLYMPIC VELODROME
Some of the Compass MEP partners undertook key roles for Imtech on the building services package for the construction and legacy transformation of the London 2012 Velodrome. Another complex and award winning project with an MEP value of £13m.

London 2012 Olympic Games Overlay
A temporary overlay of the Olympic Park was required for the games to take place including large scale temporary services for atheletes, workers and the media.

Project Cavendish Sheffield
One of the Compass MEP Partners played a key part in the two stage tendering and pre-construction activities associated with a new Commercial office block and retail development for Sheffield City Council. This scheme included high specification office spaces for HSBC. Pre-fabrication boundaries were pushed to the limits on this scheme including roof packaged plant rooms, horizontal and vertical modules and riser caps.
